Abstract: In un mondo nel quale l'umanità sembra essere scomparsa, un gatto cerca di sopravvivere a un generalizzato aumento del livello dell'acqua. Quando la sua casa viene sommersa trova rifugio su una barca a vela, in compagnia di un labrador un po' troppo allegro, di un capibara pigro, di un lemure cleptomane e di un serpentario ferito. Molto solitario per natura, andare d'accordo con i suoi nuovi compagni sarà per il gatto una sfida ancora più grande che superare la paura dell'acqua. Sulla barca tutti dovranno aiutarsi a vicenda e imparare a superare le proprie differenze per sopravvivere a questo nuovo mondo.
