Abstract: A 100 anni dalla morte di Kafka ho voluto ricordare lo scrittore attraverso un progetto complesso, scegliendo come punto di partenza “La metamorfosi”, lanciando una sfida: come i designer si possono confrontare con questo testo condensandolo in un poster? La metamorfosi è la cifra della professione di designer: la trasformazione e l’adattamento sono delle costanti con le quali continuiamo a confrontarci. 16 designer hanno progettato dei poster focalizzando l’attenzione su un determinato brano del racconto. Il libro raccoglie i manifesti, ma non solo: contiene anche un esperimento che ho voluto fare utilizzando l’intelligenza artificiale. I poster sono stati analizzati da ChatGPT e il testo che ne è uscito l’ho fornito a Midjourney, per creare dei poster. Da una parte il poster creativo, dall’altro quello “compilativo” dell’IA. Il catalogo, edizione limitata, è progettato con carte differenti, tutte molto tattili, creando una serie di livelli di lettura differenti. [https://fedrigonitopaward.com/]
