Abstract: ‘Hearts That Strain’ is het nieuwe album van de jonge Britse singer/songwriter Jake Bugg. Dit album is geheel zelf geschreven en ppgenomen in het legendarische Nashville met onder andere medewerking van Dan Auerbach (Black Keys) en andere lokale muzikanten die het album een geheel andere sound geven dan het voorgaande album On My One.
